Description

Enjoy a variety of ancient and modern cultural attractions from the Dhofar region in Oman. First we go to the Grand Mosque for a photo stop, then we will cross the coconut, banana and papaya plantations before visiting the Al Baleed archaeological site for an introduction to the history and culture of Dhofar. Drive to the Gold Souk with its Dhofari ornaments in a modern and ancient style. On the road to Al Hafa you can see the typical Dhofari houses with windows and doors for caravans. Passing in front of the residential palace of the Sultan, Al Husn, we reach the ancient Souk where Frankincense, traditional Dhofari clothes, crafts and cosmetics are available. Than to the splendid beach of Al Mughsail with its fantastic fountains. Return to the port
